Rae began her modeling career working with a brand Bijou Brigitte and traveling for jobs to Milan and Ibiza. In 2015, when she signed with Wilhelmina agency and was mentioned in GQ Germany online as well as worked with brands NewYorker and Guess. In 2016, she was called an “instagram crush” in Playboy digital. In 2017, Lorena became a L'Oréal representative at the Cannes Film Festival, and appeared in OOB Magazine.
